Arvil Price is the founder and owner of Americas Choice Inspections and Americas Choice Training. He is a life long native of the Carolinas and has been working in real estate for 30 years. Only in the last ten years has he realized that he had a passion for teaching. He has shared his knowledge of inspection topics with the NC Real Estate Commission on various educational topics over the years. In 2015, he was nominated and served as President of the NC Real Estate Educators Association.
Kerry has been in Real Estate for almost two decades in the Charlotte area. For 15 of those years, she has also been a licensed NCREC instructor teaching various CE and Ethics courses. Kerry has always been a lifelong learner with experience as a Broker-in-Charge of large firms for most of her professional career. Kerry lives in the South Charlotte area with her husband, sons and their two beagles who run the house. She can often be found spending time at Ocean Isle Beach where she enjoys helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.
